Jonathan “JCC” Chan-Choong is a Guyanese-Jamaican-Canadian poet and writer, from Scarborough, Ontario.
Informed by a multicultural/racial background and one of the most diverse neighbourhoods in Canada, his work serves as a conduit towards deep self-understanding along an unmapped journey, wrestling with identity and the human condition in the world’s amorphous landscape.
JCC is an active spoken word performer, workshop facilitator, and has been featured in publications nationally and internationally.
